New Users
Please fill out the form below in order to be entered into our Membership Database.
Directions for filling out the form:
- In the "Your Name" box, enter the name of the person you want designated as head of household.
- In the "Subject" box, type Membership Directory
- In the "Family Email" box, enter an email that you want to be desigated as your "family" email. (This is the email that you will use to login to the Members' Portal)
- In the "Family Members" box, please provide the names of all the people in your household that you would like to be added to the Membership Database.
- In the "Help us stop spam" box, type the answer to the question provided (i.e. "Is fire hot or cold?" You would type, "hot")
- Click on the "Submit" button.
- You have finished the first step!
Once you have submitted the form, we will enter you and your family members into the Membership Database (this may take a couple of days).
After you are added to the Membership Database, you will receive an email within a few days explaining how to login and edit your individual and family profiles. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact the church office and we will resend it.
